Are you praying in such a way that you move God to answer? When you pray, do you implore, persist, and insist with all supplication in the Spirit?
In the continuation of this message, we see that God has a great willingness to give to us and to answer our prayers. Therefore, if we do not receive, it is not because God does not want to give, but because we do not ask well. Our prayers show the degree of our needs; our needs, in turn, are measured by the level of supplication, and our degree of faith measures our persistence. Understand that your level of supplication to the Lord reveals to God how much you are in need.
The degree of unanimity in everything that is done for God is what appeals to His heart so that He will hear and answer. There will never be revival or fullness of God in the church if the level or degree of pleading and supplication is not proportional to what is asked or needed. In all the so-called revivals the church has experienced, not one began with organization, but with prayer. Revival will be poured out when my heart desires it as much as God desires it, when my longing equals God’s will to give it to me.
Our level of pleading expresses and manifests our measure of interest, appreciation, and need in relation to what we ask and demand of God. Let us never again say that God is slow; instead, ask at the level you need in order to be blessed with the fullness of the One who fills all in all.
This message is a call to the unanimity of the Body of Christ, so that together we may reach the measure of persistence and the degree of supplication that we need, so that God may measure our interest and our appreciation for what He is going to give us and send it quickly, and soon we may see the face of Jesus. Amen
