Prophetic Message 2022:
Year of Unity, Decision, and Definition

What an immense honor and what an unspeakable blessing it is to be in the house of God on a day like this, at the last service of the year, on the last day of this year! By the grace of God we have seen the end of this year, which many began and did not finish, because God took them home. But if He leaves us alive, it is not because we are better than they were, but because our work and purpose have not ended.

Every year, before beginning the prophetic message, I need to make the following clarification, thinking of those who have not heard the previous messages. In the year two thousand, the Lord told us that the years of this millennium were going to be prophetic years, and ever since then we have seen how the Lord has used biblical numerology to reveal to us the prophetic aspect of each year. I want to make clear that the prophecy we minister every year is not doctrinal, nor dogmatic, nor eschatological, nor does it apply to everyone. Rather, it is a way for God to guide His people and to highlight what is most important to Him during the year. The Bible is the Word of God, and it is letter and it is Spirit, it is logos and it is rhema, and in it there are so many messages hidden in every letter of Scripture. That is why it is an inexhaustible source for preachers and for the children of God who immerse themselves in it and seek the revelation of God. We do not set out to say everything, but what God wants to say to us.

Each year God chooses a word to guide us and to highlight what He is going to do or wants to do. As we have already clarified, this word does not apply to everyone, because it is not a universal rule, but a word that applies to those who believe it. Those who are strangers to this word, who have not heard it and do not believe it, are not reached by it; but if you believe it, it will become life in you. It is like what happens in preaching: we preachers take a portion of the Bible and, as the Spirit says, we apply that word, and at every service we receive a word that is drawn from the Bible. The same happens in this case. By using the meaning of numbers and their spiritual connotation, how many marvelous things we have been able to decipher and later see fulfilled! That being said, we proceed with this message.

2022 IN BIBLICAL NUMEROLOGY

The number corresponding to the year that is beginning, 2022, is a very peculiar and interesting number. There are many digits that add up to 22, but by the Spirit I have chosen three combinations (which I have called formulas) in order to draw out the prophetic teaching that God has for us for this year that is beginning, 2022.

  • First formula: 10+12

If we take the first formula or combination, the sum of ten and twelve, we will see that the number 10 is one of the perfect numbers, because its meaning speaks to us of the perfection of divine order. For example: Noah completed the antediluvian era in the tenth generation, because ten generations passed from Adam to Noah until God decided to destroy the world by means of the flood, which speaks to us of the totality of God’s judgments upon that generation (Genesis 5:1-29; 6:17-18). Likewise, the Ten Commandments speak to us of an absolute or complete demand of man’s moral duty toward God and toward his neighbor (Exodus 20:1-17). Another example is the tithe, which represents the totality of God’s claim upon all that is His, placed under man’s administration. The word ten speaks to us of the totality of what God requires, the part that He provides to man for his administration (Leviticus 27:30). The ten plagues in Egypt were representative of the complete cycle of God’s judgments on that empire of the Egyptians, which is why Jehovah calls them “all My plagues” (Exodus 9:14); that is why 10 is the number of totality. The ten rebellions of Israel in the wilderness, according to Numbers 14:22, mark the complete series of Israel’s perversions. Laban changed Jacob’s wages ten times in twenty years (Genesis 31:7), and in this context ten represents the totality of deceit or dishonesty: complete deception, total dishonesty.

Another example of the 10 is the worldwide power of the antichrist, made up of the ten kingdoms symbolized by the feet of the image in Nebuchadnezzar’s dream, according to Daniel 2:41; and by the ten horns of the fourth beast, according to Daniel 7:20, 24 and Revelation 12:3, 13:1, 17:3, 7 and 12. So in the Bible the meaning of ten is very clear and emphatic: it represents divine order, the perfection of divine order, of what is complete, of what has totality. Daniel said to the eunuch Melzar in Babylon, when he wanted to force him to eat the unclean food of the court: “Please test your servants for ten days, and let them give us vegetables to eat and water to drink” (Daniel 1:12). The number ten speaks of an absolute test. So, as we have seen, the number ten speaks to us of divine order, of what is complete, of what is total, that in which nothing is lacking.

On the other hand, twelve is one of the numbers that, according to biblical numerology, are called perfect. The 12 means perfection of government, or governmental perfection. For example: the twelve tribes of Israel (Genesis 49); the one hundred forty-four thousand (12×12) who were redeemed from the earth and are with the Lamb (Revelation 14:1-3); twelve were the deliverer judges in Israel, from the first, who was Othniel (Judges 3:9), to the last one mentioned, who was Samson (Judges 13:24). Obviously, the last one was Samuel, but in the narrative of Judges only these ten come in; Samuel comes in later, in 1 Samuel. Another example is Solomon, who had twelve governors over all Israel, each required to provide food for the king and his household for one month of the year from their twelve districts (1 Kings 4:7). Jesus chose twelve disciples (Matthew 10:1; John 6:70), just as Israel was made up of twelve tribes, those who would later be the twelve apostles who would govern over the twelve tribes of Israel (Revelation 21:14). Jesus also said to Peter in the garden when he wanted to draw his sword: “Put your sword back in its place; for all who take the sword will perish by the sword. Do you think that I cannot now pray to my Father, and He will not give me more than twelve legions of angels?” (Matthew 26:52-53). There we see Jesus speaking of the government of the angels.

We also see it in the natural realm and in certain units of measurement, for example: the circumference of a circle is usually divided into 360º (12×30); a foot has 12 inches; the year is divided into twelve months; the day has 24 hours (12×2); each hour is divided into 60 minutes (12×5); and each minute into 60 seconds (12×5). There is much evidence, both biblical and in nature, that the number twelve represents government. Jesus said: “Are there not twelve hours in the day? If anyone walks in the day, he does not stumble, because he sees the light of this world; but if anyone walks in the night, he stumbles, because there is no light in him” (John 11:9-10). The Hebrews divided the day in that way, from six in the morning to six in the evening; the daylight part they called twelve hours, and the night twelve hours also (from six in the evening to six in the morning); so both the year and the day were divided in that manner. It is what the Bible says, that God made the two great lights: the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night (Genesis 1:16), which speaks to us of government, of ruling, of becoming owner and lord of something, of dominating it. So twenty-two is the sum of two numbers that are called perfect in the Bible: ten, which speaks of totality, of what is complete, of divine order; and twelve, which speaks to us of government. In the end we will see its application.

  • Second formula: 11+11

Let us now look at the meaning of the number twenty-two in this second combination, as the double of eleven (11+11). The duplication of this digit in twenty-two carries the significance of that number, the 11, in an intensive way. Eleven represents disorganization, disintegration, especially in relation to the Word of God, and its duplication gives the meaning of twenty-two more intensity. When we say “disintegration,” let us think of the example of Joseph, the eleventh son of Israel. Joseph was a son greatly loved by Jacob, his father (Genesis 37:3), because he had been born to him in his old age, but he was sold by his brothers, out of envy, to some Midianite merchants who took him to Egypt (Genesis 37:28). The name Joseph means “God adds,” for his mother was barren, and when Jehovah allowed her to conceive she called his name Joseph, saying: “May Jehovah add to me another son” (Genesis 30:24), and later she had Benjamin, in whose birth she died (Genesis 35:16-19). So Joseph is someone who can speak to us very well of the meaning of the number eleven.

In the number eleven we find the sum of ten, which speaks to us of the perfection of divine order, but when one is added to it, it becomes eleven and subverts that order. So eleven undoes the divine order of ten and likewise does not express the perfection of divine order that twelve denotes. Therefore, if we consider eleven as ten plus one or as twelve minus one, it expresses disorder, disorganization, imperfection, and disintegration. Notice that when the sons of Israel arrive in Egypt to buy food, they do not recognize or realize that it is their brother Joseph, and when he questions them and accuses them of being spies, they answer him: “Your servants are twelve brothers, sons of one man in the land of Canaan; and behold, the youngest is this day with our father, and one is no more” (Genesis 42:13). That is, the disappearance of Joseph represents the disintegration and disorganization of the twelve brothers, so that when he appears, the number is then completed, Joseph being an instrument to join and unify. Another example of eleven is seen among the twelve disciples of Jesus Christ (John 6:71). When Judas betrayed the Lord, he was cut off and eleven disciples remained; then Peter cast lots in Acts 1 and they chose Matthias. So Judas, like Joseph, leaves the government of the twelve incomplete or disorganized.

If we take the meaning of eleven in relation to twenty-two, we will see that the same disorganization and imperfection are expressed in it, but now in a double manner. We see that, in the biblical accounts, twenty-two is related to the worst kings and judges of Israel. Let us consider first Jair the Gileadite, who governed in Israel for twenty-two years (Judges 10:3). He had thirty sons, who took possession of thirty cities in Israel, which reveals the spirit that was in them, one of self-enrichment and nepotism, for they reigned for their own gain. Those cities were called “the towns of Jair,” for, like Cain and Lamech (Genesis 4:23-24), their lives were a worship of the ego. The Bible does not say much about this judge, but what it says is enough to understand that his life was disorder. It was a time when everyone did what was right in his own eyes (Judges 17:6), so it is not hard to imagine the most outrageous things, unworthy of God, that they could have done.

Another king was Amon, the son of Manasseh, who began to reign at twenty-two years of age (2 Kings 21:19). He reigned only two years in Jerusalem, but his reign was an absolute apostasy, that is, disintegration, disorder, and imperfection, precisely what eleven means. Also in 2 Kings 8:25-27, we read about Ahaziah, son of Athaliah, of the house of Ahab (because Omri was the father of Ahab, so he comes from a mixture that Judah made by marrying into the house of Ahab), who began to reign at 22 years of age, but was only able to rule for one, and his entire reign was disorder, disintegration, and disorganization, the complete opposite of what is of God.

And speaking of Ahab, let us look at the biblical account of his reign: “In the thirty-eighth year of Asa king of Judah, Ahab the son of Omri began to reign over Israel; and Ahab the son of Omri reigned over Israel in Samaria twenty-two years. And Ahab the son of Omri did evil in the sight of Jehovah, more than all who were before him. And as if it had been a light thing for him to walk in the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, he took as wife Jezebel the daughter of Ethbaal king of the Sidonians, and went and served Baal and worshiped him. Then he set up an altar for Baal in the temple of Baal, which he had built in Samaria. And Ahab also made an Asherah, so that Ahab did more to provoke the anger of Jehovah God of Israel than all the kings of Israel who were before him. In his days Hiel of Bethel built Jericho. He laid its foundation at the cost of Abiram his firstborn, and set up its gates at the cost of his youngest son Segub, according to the word of Jehovah, which He had spoken by Joshua the son of Nun” (1 Kings 16:29-34). As we see, Ahab reigned for 22 years, and his reign was characterized by disorganization, disintegration, disorder, and imperfection. One of the most notable characteristics of his reign was that he married Jezebel, who represents the manifestation and usurpation of government, idolatry, and immorality. She introduced and sustained the worship of Baal in Israel, even had salaried prophets, made war on the worship of Jehovah, besides manipulating Ahab.

In that same time of rebellion, apostasy, disorder, and disintegration in the twenty-two years of Ahab, Hiel of Bethel rebuilt Jericho. The Word says that “He laid its foundation at the cost of Abiram his firstborn, and set up its gates at the cost of his youngest son Segub, according to the word of Jehovah, which He had spoken by Joshua the son of Nun” (1 Kings 16:34). This man scorned the word of Joshua’s curse, and he did so by sacrificing his two sons in order to rebuild Jericho, defying the Word of Jehovah. That is a detail that helps us get an idea of what happened in those twenty-two years of government, anarchy, and rebellion against God by the people of Israel.

What happened with Elijah on Carmel, when God made fire come down from heaven through the prophet’s prayer, actually reveals God’s way of counteracting that idolatrous government, which nearly cost the prophet Elijah his life. Consider the way Jezebel manipulated everything to take possession of Naboth’s vineyard, and how they killed him, simply to satisfy the whim of her husband Ahab, a disloyal and cruel king, who did not care about destroying the life of a righteous man who held fast to the word of God, who came to be a symbolic person in terms of valuing and appreciating what God had given him (1 Kings 21). The fact that God sent two prophets of the caliber of Elijah and Elisha at that time shows what those twenty-two years of Ahab’s government were really like.

Now let us come to the most important figure, whom I left for last because in the Bible he is an emblematic figure; let us look at the case of Jeroboam, whose reign lasted 22 years (1 Kings 14:19-20). In the two hundred years of Israel (of the northern kingdom, of the ten tribes, called Ephraim) there was not a single king who served Jehovah with an upright heart. When Solomon became unworthy of God and sinned, the biblical narrative says that Jehovah raised up countless adversaries against him, and among them Jeroboam (1 Kings 11:14, 23). Jah decided to divide the kingdom and, for love of David, to leave two tribes to the house of David, the tribe of Judah and that of Benjamin, and He gave ten tribes to this man, Jeroboam. Let us read that moment:

“And it came to pass at that time, when Jeroboam went out of Jerusalem, that the prophet Ahijah the Shilonite found him on the way; and he had clothed himself with a new garment; and the two of them were alone in the field. And Ahijah took the new garment that was on him and tore it into twelve pieces, and said to Jeroboam: Take for yourself ten pieces; for thus says Jehovah God of Israel: Behold, I will tear the kingdom out of the hand of Solomon and will give you ten tribes; but he shall have one tribe for the sake of David My servant, and for the sake of Jerusalem, the city which I have chosen out of all the tribes of Israel; because they have forsaken Me, and have worshiped Ashtoreth the goddess of the Sidonians, Chemosh the god of Moab, and Milcom the god of the children of Ammon; and they have not walked in My ways, to do what is right in My eyes, and to keep My statutes and My judgments, as David his father did. However, I will not take the whole kingdom out of his hand, but I will make him ruler all the days of his life, for the sake of David My servant, whom I chose, and who kept My commandments and My statutes. But I will take the kingdom out of his son’s hand and give it to you, the ten tribes. And to his son I will give one tribe, that My servant David may always have a lamp before Me in Jerusalem, the city which I have chosen for Myself to put My name there. So I will take you, and you shall reign over all that your soul desires, and you shall be king over Israel. Then it shall be, if you heed all that I command you, walk in My ways, and do what is right in My eyes, keeping My statutes and My commandments, as David My servant did, that I will be with you and build you an enduring house, as I built for David, and will give Israel to you. And I will afflict the descendants of David because of this, but not forever. Therefore Solomon sought to kill Jeroboam, but Jeroboam arose and fled to Egypt, to Shishak king of Egypt, and was in Egypt until the death of Solomon” (1 Kings 11:29-40)

Notice that the act of tearing that mantle into twelve pieces was a prophetic act, pointing out that God was tearing the kingdom of Israel in two, as punishment on the house of David for the sins of Solomon (1 Kings 11:11). Jeroboam reigned for 22 years, twice eleven, which speaks to us of disorder and disintegration. This is the man who made two golden calves and put one in Dan, in the north, and the other in Bethel, in the south, for fear that the house of Israel would turn back to the house of David when it went up to worship Jehovah in Jerusalem (1 Kings 12:26-28). From then on, these calves led Israel into harlotry, for the twelve tribes stopped worshiping God in order to worship two calves, and they stopped worshiping in Jerusalem in order to worship at the altars that Jeroboam had built for them. Let us now read a little about his apostasy so that we may understand a little.

“Then Jeroboam built Shechem in the hill country of Ephraim, and dwelt there; and he went out from there and built Penuel. And Jeroboam said in his heart: Now the kingdom will return to the house of David, if this people go up to offer sacrifices in the house of Jehovah at Jerusalem; for the heart of this people will turn back to their lord Rehoboam king of Judah, and they will kill me and return to Rehoboam king of Judah. Therefore the king took counsel, and made two calves of gold, and said to the people: It is too much for you to go up to Jerusalem; behold your gods, O Israel, which brought you up out of the land of Egypt. And he set one in Bethel, and the other he put in Dan. And this thing became a sin, for the people went to worship before one as far as Dan. He also made houses on the high places, and made priests from among all the people, who were not of the sons of Levi. Then Jeroboam ordained a feast on the fifteenth day of the eighth month, like the feast that was in Judah, and he offered sacrifices on the altar. So he did in Bethel, sacrificing to the calves that he had made. And he installed in Bethel the priests of the high places which he had made. So he offered sacrifices on the altar which he had made in Bethel on the fifteenth day of the eighth month, in the month which he had devised in his own heart; and he ordained a feast for the children of Israel, and went up to the altar to burn incense” (1 Kings 12:25-33).

Rehoboam was the son of Solomon who had remained in the south. Notice how Jeroboam changed the date of the Passover, the date of the seventh-month feast, that is, of Tabernacles, and the rest. All those kings who ruled (Jair, Ahaziah, Amon), in this case Ahab and Jeroboam, began to reign at twenty-two years of age or reigned for twenty-two years, and there was not a single one who was good. After that, the Bible does not mention twenty-two in reference to anyone else, except to describe kings who ruled outside the will of the Lord, in disintegration and disorganization, because rebellion is that: removing God’s order in order to establish one’s own order.

In the Bible, in the two hundred years of the kingdom that began with Jeroboam, he is a point of reference. For example, the expression “and he did evil in the sight of Jehovah” begins with Solomon in 1 Kings 11:6, and is repeated from then on in almost all the kings who followed in the two kingdoms, in most of the kings of the north and a large part of the kings of the south. Likewise, it is also repeated: “… in the way of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, who made Israel sin” (1 Kings 22:52), about himself and about the kings who preceded him: “And he did evil in the sight of Jehovah; he did not depart from the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, who made Israel sin” (2 Kings 15:24). Jeroboam is a point of reference for someone who rebelled against God and broke the order. For example, he was chosen by God to punish the apostasy and rebellion of Solomon, and with him the kingdom of Israel is divided, which means division and disintegration. And so too was his government one of disorganization and spiritual disintegration. He changed the worship of God, the place of worship, and the worship itself. Something so important to God. Jehovah had said through Moses: God said through Moses: “Take heed that you do not offer your burnt offerings in every place that you see; but in the place which Jehovah will choose, in one of your tribes, there you shall offer your burnt offerings, and there you shall do all that I command you” (Deuteronomy 12:13). The people of Israel had to wait to be shown the place where they were to worship Him, until God established the place of the temple, the place of worship, Jerusalem. But this man changed not only the place, the times, the priesthood, and the dates of worship, but the object of true worship (Deuteronomy 10:21). Jeroboam changed four sacred things established as commandments of God: whom they were to worship, where they were to worship, when they were to worship, how they were to worship, and who should lead the worship. All this is called disorganization, disintegration. In other words, order and government were lost, and that is what the Bible reveals about twenty-two.

Isn’t it curious that, twenty-two being the sum of eleven plus eleven, everything it says about twenty-two is what eleven means? That is the interesting thing about biblical numerology: there are many truths in numbers, and from them we draw spiritual applications in the context of this year that is beginning. I believe that up to this point we have seen what eleven means: ten plus one breaks the divine order, and being also twelve minus one, it breaks government, because twelve represents it. Therefore, we are ready to consider the last formula.

  • Third formula: 20+2

Let us now concentrate on this part, which I consider extremely important and which I was longing to reach in order to share it with you. In my meditation of several days, studying the subject, the Lord made me see that of the three formulas or meanings of these combinations of the number 22, the most important, and the one that really reveals what God wants to say to us for this year, is the sum of twenty plus two. We already saw that 20 is the product of ten times two, and that twenty makes the meaning of ten more intensive, that is, divine order in an intense manner. The 10 represents the totality and the order of God, of what is complete, in which nothing is lacking, and, being doubled in the 20, its meaning takes on more intensity.

The meaning of twenty in the Bible is expectation and deliverance. In the year two thousand twenty, when we sought the meaning apart from what the experts in numerology teach, we went to what the Bible says about twenty and what it relates it to, and this is what we found: Jacob waited twenty years to obtain possession of his wives and property in the house of Laban (Genesis 31:28–41); Israel waited twenty years for a deliverer to put an end to the oppression of Jabin (Judges 4:3); Israel waited twenty years for deliverance through Samson (Judges 16:30); the ark of the covenant waited twenty years in Kiriath-jearim (1 Samuel 7:2), before being taken to the temple in the city of David, after passing through several dwellings; Solomon waited twenty years for the completion of the two houses, the house of the Lord and the king’s house (1 Kings 9:10; 2 Chronicles 8:1); Jerusalem waited twenty years for its conquest and destruction, according to the twenty years that Jeremiah prophesied about that event (Jeremiah 20:1-5; 2 Kings 25:8-10); and in the twentieth year, Nehemiah was sent to Jerusalem by Artaxerxes to build the wall (Nehemiah 1, 2). Twenty is also the number of expectation and deliverance.

Now let us look at the number two, after we consider the number one, which is part of two. One, in its meaning, excludes all difference, and denotes that it is sovereign. In other words, one cannot be divided; it is something unique, alone, with no other equal to it of its kind, and for that reason it is not distinguished from anything, because it is one, unique. The message “Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one” shows us that God is incomparable, Sovereign, unique. One speaks to us of unity, from the Latin unus, which means one, something that is the same, one and the same thing; that is God. One plus one is two, but here two establishes difference, since the first can be compared with the second, this one with that one; therefore it speaks to us of difference, and so there is no longer one, but two. Whereas one affirms that there is no other, two affirms that there is, and if there is another, there is difference. This difference can be for good or for ill. A thing can differ from evil and be good, or it can differ from good and be bad; that is why the number two takes on a different color depending on the context we are studying. Two is the first number that can be divided; it compares two things and shows the difference that exists between the two.

For example, when in the beginning, as Genesis 1:2 says, the earth was without form and void, its condition was one of chaos, ruin, and darkness; that is the first thing it says. The second thing recorded in relation to creation is the introduction of one thing: light. “And God said: Let there be light; and there was light” (v. 3). First ruin, chaos; second, God orders and declares light. There the two things can be compared, first darkness and then light, and immediately there was a difference and division, for “… God saw that the light was good; and God divided the light from the darkness” (v. 4). From the beginning, in Genesis itself, it is seen that the number two speaks to us of a difference, in this case between two things, but we will also see that it represents difference between two persons, enmity between two things. Notice that God separates: He separated the light from the darkness, and removed the chaos and put in order. So on the second day of creation there was division (Genesis 1:8). Here we have separation and division related to the second day. This means, then, that from the very start two speaks to us of difference between two things and also speaks of division between those two things.

Let us continue with examples of the differences and divisions of the number two. In 1 Corinthians 15, the apostle Paul speaks to us of two men: the first Adam and the second Adam. The first Adam a “living soul,” and the second Adam a “life-giving spirit” (v. 45). There are the two with their difference: while one was soul, the other was spirit. Therefore, two not only shows us a difference that contrasts two things, but they come to oppose one another. Sometimes it is enmity, other times it is character or nature, as in this case. The first man is natural, the second is spiritual; he is contrasting them (1 Corinthians 15:45-50).

Let us think of Cain and Abel, the first two sons of Adam (Genesis 4:1-2). They represent and describe two ways: the way of God, according to Acts 18:26, and the way of Cain, according to Jude 11. The first is that of faith, the second that of works; the first is of grace, the second method is human; the first is life, the other is death. As we see, there is a difference between the two ways, which at the same time represents two worshipers with two different spirits. Likewise, we see it in Genesis 3:15, God’s sentence on the serpent: “And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her seed; He shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise His heel.” The church has always interpreted this passage as a reference to Christ, as it happened (1 Corinthians 15:54), but there those two seeds are shown first, in which the enmity begins, just as the enmity between those two worshipers, Cain and Abel, was manifested at the altar (Genesis 4:3-5). One dies because of his offering and the other is cast out from the presence of God, being a murderer.

Another case is that of Abraham and Lot. The two of them were related as uncle and nephew (Genesis 11:27). The two left Ur of the Chaldeans together for Haran in Mesopotamia (Genesis 11), then went together from Haran to Canaan (Genesis 12:4); and likewise they came up together out of Egypt (Genesis 13:1). But the difference between the two was manifested when they arrived in the promised land. The Bible records that there was strife between the herdsmen of Abram and the herdsmen of Lot, and Abram had to say to him: “Let there be no strife between you and me, and between my herdsmen and your herdsmen, for we are brethren. Is not the whole land before you? Please separate from me. If you take the left hand, then I will go to the right; or if you go to the right hand, then I will go to the left” (Genesis 13:8-9). Lot, the second of this pair, lifted up his eyes and chose his own portion, setting his eyes toward the plain of the Jordan on the way to Sodom, because Lot saw that it was fertile, like the garden of the Lord (vv. 9-10, 12). Abram, for his part, had his portion chosen for him by God (v. 14). Thus these two were separated (Genesis 13:11).

Another example, Isaac and Ishmael, the sons of Abraham. Isaac was born according to the Spirit, Ishmael was born according to the flesh (Galatians 4:29–30); nevertheless, the apostle Paul said that not all are children simply because they are Abraham’s descendants (Romans 9:7). In the case of Jacob and Esau, the relationship is even closer: they were not only sons of the same father (that is, Isaac) and the same mother, Rebekah, but they were twins. But the spiritual difference was even greater, for their enmity was manifested even before they were born, in their mother’s womb (Genesis 25:22). The children had not yet been born, but it had already been said: “… Was not Esau Jacob’s brother? says Jehovah. Yet I loved Jacob, and Esau I hated” (Mal. 1:2-3). The Bible says that Esau was a fornicator and profane, and despised his birthright (Hebrews 12:16; Genesis 25:34). Jacob, on the other hand, loved the birthright, and even deceived for it, and sinned to obtain it (Genesis 27:1-36). They, the Lord said, represent two nations, two peoples, but we also see that there was enmity between the two such that Esau swore to kill his brother (v. 41), and from then on two ways were formed.

Another example of the number two is the two vessels of the potter that Jeremiah 18:1-4 speaks of. The first vessel was spoiled in his hand; the second, the “another vessel,” was made as it seemed good to the potter to make it. In context it refers to the ruin of Israel because of its sins, but that it would be restored; broken, but would be grafted in again; self-destroyed, but would find divine help. Two vessels, one that is broken in the potter’s hands and another that is made new. We can also see the two covenants: the first covenant damaged, grown old, and taken away (Hebrews 8:7-8, 13; 10:9). The second covenant better than the first, a new covenant with better promises and established eternally (Hebrews 8:6-8; 10:9, 16-17). The two men who went into the temple to pray, the tax collector and the Pharisee. One went out justified and the other did not; the first humbled himself, the second justified himself (Luke 18:10-14). Two speaks to us of difference. In summary, two speaks to us of difference and division, separation, enmity. In those differences that exist between the two we truly see separation, enmity, and strife. This is what the experts in biblical numbers say. Now, I want to share with you what the Lord showed me about the meaning of the number two.

The other meaning of two is unity; it is when the one and the other think and feel in the same way. In other words, in all the contrasts we have drawn between light and darkness, chaos and order, Cain and Abel, Abraham and Lot, Isaac and Ishmael, Jacob and Esau, etc., etc., we saw how two, generally, brings division, separation, and enmity. But the Lord reveals to me the other side, that two means unity, according to the Scriptures. But when does it mean unity? When the one and the other, that is, the first and the second that are being compared, think and feel in the same way, when they are not different but equal or alike, then instead of enmity there is friendship, instead of separation there is unity. Let us look at some examples.

In the case of marriage, God established it so that two would be one (Matthew 19:4-6). If the two are alike, they will never separate; divorce comes when they are not alike, for no one divorces because they are alike or similar. The common cause of divorce is incompatibility of character, but not when two become one; there is no division there, no enmity, no strife, no quarrels, because they are one single thing. How beautiful is the Word of God! Notice that Genesis says the woman was taken out of the man, and Adam, upon understanding this, exclaimed: “This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man” (Gen. 2:23). The man and the woman are distinct in the sense that they are two different genders, but when they are joined in marriage they are no longer two but equal, one flesh, and therefore no one can separate what God has joined together. Divorce comes when one does not live according to God, when the two cease to be one, and by maintaining their differences, division is established, and there is separation, enmity, strife, and contention.

Another example is what the Lord Jesus said about unity in prayer: “Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father who is in heaven. For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them” (Matthew 18:19-20). They are no longer two, but a unity that transcends into the spiritual, for it brings heaven down. In other words, if two stop thinking differently, if two stop praying different things (because they have their own preferences and different criteria, different ideas, different priorities), their petition will not prosper, because it will be weakened and limited to an individualism. But if the two agree and begin to think in the same way in order to go to God together, with the same heart, the same feeling, the same petition, the same need, the same intensity in prayer, whatever they ask will be done for them. Notice “if two agree”: the word agree is the Greek term sumphoneo, from which the word symphony comes (sumphonia, Gr.), which means to be harmonious or to be in harmony, in concord. If two are singing, they have to do it in harmony; one cannot be giving the note G while the other is on the moon or among the stars. Both must be in harmony, giving the same note. The word sumphoneo is translated as: to agree, to come to an agreement, to harmonize, to be fitting, and it comes from the word sumphonos, which means “sounding together,” giving the same tone, the same sound, sounding together, mutual consent. They are no longer two, like the tax collector and the Pharisee in Luke 18, who had different attitudes and motivations, but like two who are one, with the same heart, the same mind, the same intensity, the same need, the same groaning before God. Two enter, but unity makes them one.

We can also see another example of unity in Ephesians 2:12-18: “At that time you were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world. But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been made near by the blood of Christ. For He Himself is our peace, who has made both one, and has broken down the middle wall of separation, having abolished in His flesh the enmity, that is, the law of commandments contained in ordinances, so as to create in Himself one new man from the two, thus making peace, and that He might reconcile them both to God in one body through the cross, thereby putting to death the enmity. And He came and preached peace to you who were afar off and to those who were near. For through Him we both have access by one Spirit to the Father” (Ephesians 2:12-18). Paul is contrasting Jews with Gentiles, two peoples. That Gentile people was different from the Jews, because the Gentiles were without promise, and consequently without hope and without God in the world. Because they were different, there was separation. But now, as God makes the two peoples one single people, there is no longer separation; they are no longer far from one another.

Two different peoples, one with hope, the other without hope, one with God, the other without God, one near, the other far; but what did the Lord do? He removed every wall of separation between Jews and Gentiles and made the two into one single people, making peace. Remember that difference produces separation; that is why nations have a border to say: “This is my territorial zone; we are different, we are an independent nation, we are a sovereign nation, this is our territory and this is our airspace.” Differences separate, which is why nations enter into disputes and wars when their “boundaries” are violated, which in a certain way are like an imaginary line that delimits the territory of a state. Even lots and houses have a demarcation, which is why we see some people fighting because someone took a foot of their land when putting up the fence. We see how many go to the land courts to present their complaints to the Real Estate Jurisdiction when their boundary or territorial demarcation has been violated. But when they are no longer two but one; when two become one it is because they think in the same way, there is no longer difference, no longer separation, no longer enmity.

Jesus took hold of the Jews with His right hand and the Gentiles with His left, and in His body He carried everything that separated them, uniting in Himself all believers in order to bring them to God. In the body of Christ you and I are one; in the body of Christ, Jews and Gentiles who have accepted Jesus are one single people. That is why the Word says that in the new creation “… there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcised nor uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave nor free, but Christ is all and in all” (Colossians 3:11). In Christ there is no difference of citizenship, nor of ancient signs, nor immigration status, nor social classes; rather, Christ is all in that new man. In other words, every difference disappears when God’s equality arrives. If we have been born again, we all share that we were born of the same God, of the same Spirit, of the same word; we have the same faith, we have the same hope, we have the same baptism, and we have everything of God shared, so every difference is overcome and we are no longer two, we are one in Christ. Where there is unity, enmities and separations are destroyed, because when the two have the same mind, the same heart, then there is no difference and they become one and the same thing; there is unity.

The prophet Amos asked: “Can two walk together, unless they are agreed?” (Amos 3:3). That is, will two walk together if they do not think in the same way? That question is not rhetorical; it is very profound and true. There is another version, the Reina Valera of 1909, which tries to come even closer to the writer’s sense: “Will two walk together, unless they are in concert?” It speaks of a concert, because where the musicians of an orchestra are playing, everyone has to agree to play the same symphony; they all have to be coordinated, in harmony. The proverbist said: “Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, one will lift up his companion. But woe to him who is alone when he falls, for he has no one to help him up. Again, if two lie down together, they will keep warm; but how can one be warm alone? Though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him. And a threefold cord is not quickly broken” (Ecclesiastes 4:9-12). Two is better than one because when it is cold and they snuggle up, they get so close that they become one (that is what it means for one to help the other); they are no longer two, they are one. And the connotation is that those two become one because they help each other: if the other falls, he lifts him up; if one is cold, the other wraps him, covers him. That is the idea.

The most sublime example of that spiritual unity is in John 17:21, where Jesus is praying to the Father and says to Him: “… that they all may be one; as You, O Father, are in Me, and I in You, that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me.” The Father and the Son are one and the same. I remember when I was at the university, the administration changed and a new president and a new administrator arrived. These men came from different countries and made their differences and contradictions obvious, for they were seen arguing in the hallways. Sometimes on the bulletin board they would post things that were clearly referring to each other. Then, on one occasion, I remember that the administrator, to justify his conflicts and disagreements, put in his bulletin a thought I never forgot: “If two think the same way, one of the two is unnecessary,” as if to say: “If this one, who is the president, wants me to think like him, what am I doing here?” It has a logic from the carnal point of view, but it is not true that if two think the same way one of the two is superfluous; quite the opposite, they walk the same path, they lift each other up, they take care of each other, they cover each other, they help each other, they do not fight, there is no enmity, and they do wonders together.

Jesus said: “I and the Father are one. I and the Father are one single thing” (John 14:11). And the apostle Paul said: “But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with Him” (1 Corinthians 6:17). In other words, the Lord and I are two, but between us there is no difference or enmity, because God gave me His heart, God gave me His Spirit, God gave me His nature, God gave me His image, God gave me His character, He made me like Him, I am one with Him, just as you are also one with Him. That is why we are warned: “Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness? And what accord has Christ with Belial? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever? And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God. As God has said: I will dwell in them and walk among them. I will be their God, and they shall be My people” (2 Corinthians 6:14-16). That is to say, do not join yourself with those who are different from you; join yourself with those who are like you. What concord is there between Christ and Belial? What harmony? They cannot walk together. When you have more harmony with the unconverted than with believers, it is because you do not share the same nature as believers, which is why you identify more with unbelievers. But God dwells in unity.

PROPHETIC APPLICATION OF 2022

Of the three combinations we have studied that make up the number twenty-two: (1) ten plus twelve; (2) eleven plus eleven; (3) twenty plus two, I received in my spirit that the essence of the prophetic message of two thousand twenty-two is found in the third formula (20+2). The numbers from twenty to twenty-nine make up a decade (20-29), so that twenty-two is part of that decade. 2022 is a continuation of 2020 and of the other years, which represent that decade. Let me explain: think of the number twenty-two, where the 2 is part of the twenty, like twenty-one, twenty-three, twenty-four, etc. When the Lord gave us the prophetic message of 2020, among the things He told us was that the work He began in that year would extend to the end of the decade, that is, until 2029. The Spirit reveals that the Lord has not concluded the work He began in 2020, in which He spoke to us of deliverance (Jacob from Laban; Israel to be freed from Jabin; from the Philistines through Samson; the ark to arrive at the place where it was to be established). God began a work of deliverance, of restoration, that began in the twenty, but God extends it to the whole decade, which includes twenty-one and twenty-two. We have seen through the reading of the Bible that the number twenty means expectation of deliverance or of coming out of a situation. In all those different contexts that we have studied (and in prophetic messages of previous years), we see that all of them were humbled, in affliction, awaiting the Lord’s deliverance. But blessed are those who wait on Jehovah; they will not be disappointed or ashamed or confounded. Are you waiting on the Lord? You will not be ashamed.

If the number twenty is doubly divine order and doubly totality, and the number two means difference, division, separation, enmity, at the same time as unity and equality, when the first and the second are one (which is what we have studied), the meaning of the number twenty will determine or affect the meaning of the two in relation to the prophetic application of the year 2022. What do I mean? Since the number twenty speaks to us of totality or of what is complete, and the number two of difference or unity, then 2022 will be one of total difference or of total unity. This bipolarity of the year 2022 will depend on you and also on me, because God’s part is assured, so that the year 2022 will be a year “of decision and definition”: either you are like God and His people, or you are like the world (difference-unity); either you are united to God and His people and different from the world (definition).

Remember that the meaning is that in 2022 we are either of the group that is different and divided, or of the group that is equal, alike, and united. We must define which group we are in; this year is a year of decision and definition. In other words, you cannot be an amphibian, like those animals that live well in the water and out of the water too, no. You have to decide: you either dive into the water and live in the water, or you live on land and stay on it, but you cannot be in both places at once. “He who is not with Me is against Me, and he who does not gather with Me scatters” (Luke 11:23), said the Lord. This year we are either different or we are alike; you have to decide with whom you are alike and from whom you are different. You have to decide it because this is a year of decision, of determination squared, to the divine power, because the number twenty makes it double order, double totality. In other words, God wants to bring the church into a total unity, a total equality, a total relationship with Him; God does not want anyone halfway, or half, or three quarters, no; it is total surrender, total commitment, total unity, total holiness, total participation; it is being consistent totally, not halfway. So, we are different or we are alike. This year we have to decide whether we are or we are not; you will not be able to stay in the middle. Either we are cold or we are hot, but we will not be lukewarm, which is the neutral state. We make ourselves one with the world, or we make ourselves one with God; this is the year to decide it.

2022 is the year of total decision, total determination, total surrender, total definition. This year we constitute ourselves enemies of the world or enemies of God; it must be decided, there is a decision you have to make: we constitute ourselves friends of the world or enemies of God. This year we take the way of God or the way of the devil, but this is a year of total decision. God requires and demands of us a total decision, definition, not ambiguity. This year we decide for the life of the Spirit or we continue on the path of the flesh; that must be decided totally this year; this year we walk in the light or we continue on the route of darkness. In 2022 we will live the life of Christ or the death of Satan, because Christ is life, Satan is death. Let us decide: we are of the truth or we belong to the lie. This year we have to decide whether we love good or hate it; let us decide, whether we conform to this age or renounce it totally; that is the decision. We have to decide: we are freed or set free in Christ, or we are slaves of hell; that must be decided now, because there is about half an hour left before the year 2022 begins; I hope we decide it before the year enters.

2022 is also the year of totality: are we totally free or are we slaves? There is an urgency, there is a claim, there is an insistence, there is a confrontation from God this year; there will be no one going around uninvolved, as though this has nothing to do with me. You will have to decide; this is a year of decision. For 2022 the Lord announces that, just as He made a difference between the Hebrews and the Egyptians, so this year He will distinguish between His saints and those who are not; He will separate the sheep from the goats, those who are His and those who are not His. God is going to make a separation this year; He is going to set to one side those who are different and those who are alike. The year 2022 will be a year of demarcation; the Lord will establish the boundary lines between the children of righteousness and the slaves of sin.

God is going to set a demarcation so that you will not be able to keep crossing from here to there, and from there to here, no, no, no; you will have to define yourself: if I am from here, I settle here; and if I am from there, I will be there, because there will be a demarcation, a limit, a definition. In 2022, the Lord will compel us to decide. Have you seen undecided people who begin to say: “Not tomorrow, the day after, when I have time; give me some time, let me think about it”? That is over now! God says: there is no time; you have to decide: either you are Mine or you are not Mine, either you follow Me or you leave Me. In many ways this year will see it, and you will have to decide. The Lord will compel us to decide; He will test us, He will subject us to situations and circumstances that will reveal to ourselves what we really are. God will bring circumstances and situations that will reveal to you and to me, and we will have to say: “Listen, I thought I was, but the truth is I am not.” The Lord is going to press us with trials and situations in which we will have to decide.

In 2022 the Lord will put an end to ambivalence and ambiguity. In 2022 the Lord demands that we stop wavering between two opinions: if Jehovah is God, follow Him; if Baal, go after him (1 Kings 18:21). The wavering is over. In the way that we illustrated the meaning of the number 2, showing the difference between the two parts and the conflict that results from the difference (the examples of light and darkness, Cain and Abel, etc.), when we decide to live for God, the difference between us and the world, between us and those who serve the kingdom of God, immediately becomes manifest and visible; then we will see that our identity is with those who serve God, that our likeness is with those who serve God, that our equality and our commitment is with those who follow God. In other words, when we decide to live for God, that is when the difference we have with the world and the affinity we have with those who are of God become manifest or visible to us.

The other meaning of the number two is unity or likeness, unity and likeness. This means that between the one and the other there is no difference, because they share the same identity, the same nature, and the same character, even though they are called first and second (because it is speaking of two); they also share the same faith, the same God, the same hope, and the same spirit. The Lord will make 2022 a year of unity among His people, and it will be like a total Pentecost, a total unity, because twenty speaks of totality, of what is complete. It will not be halfway, nor something fictitious or apparent; it will be genuine, authentic as God is. A wind of unity will blow from heaven to earth, and those who are of God will align themselves with Him, and will seek the demarcation, and will enter with Him into the holy territory, and will be in the city of God, in the city of truth, to serve the God of truth.

The Lord will intervene powerfully to make husbands and wives one flesh. In the home a wind of unity is going to blow, and everything that was enmity, strife, jealousy, quarreling, divisions, contradictions will come to an end in the name of Jesus; and everyone who believes it will see the glory of God, while the one who doubts it will not see it, as happened that time in Samaria when the prophet said: “About this time tomorrow, at the gate of Samaria, a measure of fine flour will be sold for a single silver coin, and even two measures of barley for the same price. And the king’s personal aide replied: ‘Don’t tell me! Even if the LORD opened the windows of heaven, such a thing could not happen!’ ‘You will see it with your own eyes,’ Elisha warned him, ‘but you will not eat any of it’” (2 Kings 7:1-2 NVI). And that is exactly what happened: the word of the prophet was fulfilled, and this man was not able to see it, because the people trampled him at the gate, and he died (vv. 19-20). May God not do that to us. He will work to bring about the miracle of Pentecost, that all be of one heart and one soul; He will do the miracle in those who believe it. I am not announcing a Pentecost for everyone in the world, no. I am speaking of a Pentecost for those who believe God, who submit to God, who seek God, who, when God calls them, are going to hear the voice of God.
I also say that the Lord is announcing what He desires with all His heart to do with His children in 2022: all who sincerely prepare themselves will be gathered under the wings of the Lord as a hen gathers her chicks. God is going to gather His people, God is going to embrace those who are His, and those who are His will come to the shelter of the Most High and abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

The Lord expresses His intention and His plan for this new year: He will sound His trumpet and summon those who love His name and the people of His inheritance, those He called for the praise of His glory. This people will hear His voice and will say: “Here I am, Lord; speak, for Your servant hears.” Just as the pillar of fire separated Israel from the Egyptians at the Red Sea, in 2022 the Lord will make a separation between those who serve Him and those who do not serve Him, between those who are sincere and those who are not sincere, between those who are decided for Him and those who are not decided for Him, between those who are equal or similar to Him, who have the same heart, the same spirit, and those who differ from Him. This 2022 will be a year of separation between those who are different and those who are alike. It is not about the desire to belong to a group of “equals” (ah no, I am part of this group); it is not about that, about belonging to a group. That is not determined by a mere desire or need, but by having the nature and the spirit of those who are alike, who, since they are sheep of the Good Shepherd, will hear His voice and follow Him. It is a matter of nature, of the same spirit, of the same feeling; it is knowing how to hear the voice of God, it is distinguishing it.

Those who are of God hear His voice and love His heart, and even if they are in a lost condition, like the prodigal son (Luke 15:12, 17-20), this year they will return to the Father’s house, humbled, repentant, willing to be restored in their relationship with the Father. That will happen this year; you will see many wandering brothers and sisters come and enter through these doors (Poughkeepsie) and through the doors in the Bronx, because they will hear the voice of the Lord. They will come to themselves, they will return to themselves like the prodigal son; the sleeping will hear the strong yet tender voice of the One who calls, and will awaken from their lethargy, from their sleep, and will return to the Lord of the Father, to the fold of the Good Shepherd; they will hear His voice. To the confused, the Lord will show the way back; this year He is going to say to them: “Turn back, that is the way”; He is going to point out the road to them; and to those who are troubled He is going to say: “This is the way”; and to those who are asleep in a slumber, sunk in lethargy, He is going to awaken them with His tender voice, the way the Father calls. The Lord will do a work of love and mercy rarely seen in 2022, a work of mercy. It will be a time of grace and opportunity, and of open heavens. And whoever is of God hears the Word of God. I see in my spirit the mobilization of a divine and powerful force sent from heaven by decree of the Lord to gather His people and set the captives free. I saw it while I was writing it. A decree of God, the voice of God’s trumpet. Those who believe will see the glory of God. 2022 is the year of difference and likeness, of difference and unity; it is the year of decision and definition.

  • FINAL APPLICATION

The 10 plus the 12 speaks to us of the order and government of God. The meaning of the 11 plus 11 speaks to us of disorder, disorganization, imperfection, and disintegration. The meaning of 20 plus 2 suggests to us difference on one side and likeness on the other. How is all this harmonized? The fulfillment is conditioned on the decision to hear the voice of God and obey it. In other words, there will be order and government if those who are alike align themselves with the Word of God, and they will see order and government in their lives. The meaning of eleven plus eleven, which speaks of disorder, disorganization, imperfection, and disintegration, will be fulfilled for those who are different, who are disunited from God and from His people; they are going to be disorganized, disintegrated, as God prophesied about the nations with the pandemic: “I am going to trouble the kings of the earth,” for this is going to be a year of disintegration, of disorder, of chaos, of many things that are going to happen to those who do not want to hear God. But for those who hear God there will be order, and there will be government, and there will also be unity, harmony, and everything good.

How do we harmonize those three meanings? On one side, ten plus twelve, “order and government”; eleven plus eleven, “disorganization, imperfection, disintegration”; and how will we harmonize it with the meaning of twenty plus two, which suggests to us “unity and likeness”? Well, that we will determine, you and I, depending on whether or not we hear the voice of God. The fulfillment is conditioned on the decision to hear the voice of God and obey it; those who do so will share in the good of God on behalf of His children, and those who do not will live in their wandering, going about in disorder, disorganization, disintegration, belonging to the group of those who are different in relation to those who are alike, who will be one and will live in the unity of the children of the Father.

The end of the whole discourse is that the year 2022 is the year of “Difference and Likeness, of Difference and Unity.” It will be a year of “Decision and Definition.” There will be order where we submit to God, and government where we obey God, but disorder and disintegration when we do not follow His voice. There will be difference when we identify with those who do not think as God does, but we will have unity and harmony with those who think and are like God, who are no longer two, but one with God and one among themselves. A Year of Unity, a Year of Likeness, a Year of Decision, a Year of Determination: this is the year 2022.

  • PRAYER
“Father, in the name of Jesus, we thank You, God; You are generous, You are good, You are faithful; thank You because You gave me the Word and gave me the strength to present it to my brothers and sisters. Thank You, O God, this word is being heard in the whole world, and those who are Yours are going to hear the voice, although for the rest it will be just another message and this word is not going to be fulfilled in them. That word will pass by their side; they will hear, but they will not listen, because they have eyes and do not see, they have ears and do not hear. But Lord, there is a people who have Your heart, who think as You do, a people who live the Pentecost where all were of one heart and one soul, where they are no longer two, but one alone.
“Release, Father, in the name of Jesus, that word. I want to see the mobilization of that force on behalf of Your people of which You spoke; mobilize, speak, Lord, it is necessary; we humble ourselves before You. We are going to raise a cry, in the name of Jesus, so that the people may be prepared, so that the high may be brought low and the lowly be lifted up, and the crooked be made straight and the unclean be made clean, so that the glory of the Lord may pass by. Oh, Lord, we are going to prepare the way for You like John the Baptist, so that all these words that You spoke may be fulfilled this year, because that is the desire of Your heart. Your heart is eager, desirous, not only to do it this year, but You have wanted to do it for a long time, but You are looking for a people who will make themselves available to You, a people who will submit to You in the day of Your Government, in the day of Your Authority. I and my house will serve Jehovah; I and my house make a decision for You, Lord.
“I ask You to help me make firm decisions in the areas where You want me to make decisions, and to do it with firmness, with determination; that nothing may bind me and that nothing may bind this people. Father, speak, touch, call, mobilize, intervene, glorify Your name; it is time to work. Sound the trumpet, call Your own, separate the chaff from the wheat. As it is written: ‘Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness? And what accord has Christ with Belial? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever?’ (2 Corinthians 6:14-15). The separation is necessary.
“Work, Lord, bring the unity of Your people, the miracle of Pentecost. Blow the strong wind of Pentecost upon the church, unite Your ministers, put an end to all denominational separation. Nothing is impossible for You; we will see Your glory, we believe it. We are not here trying to get ourselves excited, no, we are already excited, because we believe You, because of Your Word, because we know You, because we know the desire of Your heart. That is what You have wanted to do with Your people for many years, and You will do it with all those who hear Your voice, obey You, follow You, and are determined to pay the price with You; they will see Your glory in 2022. I want to be one of them, and so does this people. Speak, for Your servant hears; speak, Lord, we begin the year with You.”

Brothers and sisters, let us make an act of faith, let us take a step forward, saying: Lord, I begin 2022 with You; not my will, but Yours be done. Speak to me, I want to hear Your voice, I am willing for You to do with me whatever You want. I am one with You, I am like You, I have Your Spirit, Your nature, I have Your image, I am Your people. Here I am, I make myself available to You, thank You, O God, finish Your work in me and in us, in the name of Jesus, amen and amen.
