Who We Are
This is the website of El Amanecer de la Esperanza Ministry, at https://www.elamanecer.org, headquartered at 1779 E 172nd Street, Bronx, NY 10472. For any privacy matter, write to us at info@elamanecer.org or call (718) 863-4440.
Cookies
If you have an account and log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. It contains no personal data and is deleted when you close your browser. When you log in, we also save cookies with your login information and your screen options.
Content From Other Sites
Pages may include videos and players from YouTube, Vimeo, and Subsplash. That content behaves as if you were visiting the other site: it may collect data about you, use cookies, and track your interaction with it. For that reason, videos load only when you press the play button.
Prayer, contact and newsletter forms
- Prayer request. We keep your request, your email, your phone and, if you enter them, your first and last name. The pastors read it and, only if you allow it, the intercession team. We don't publish it or use it for anything else.
- Contact. We keep your name, your email, your phone if you provide it and your message, only to reply to you. The office staff reads it.
- Youth newsletter. It's managed by Mailchimp: your email is stored on their service, not on this site, and you can unsubscribe from any newsletter.
The forms don't store your IP address: to stop automated submissions we use a code derived from it that is deleted within an hour.
How long we keep data
Prayer requests and contact messages are deleted automatically 90 days after we receive them. If you'd like us to delete what you sent earlier, write to us at info@elamanecer.org.
Your Rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, except for data we must keep for administrative, legal, or security reasons. For registered users, we keep their profile information, which they can view, edit, or delete at any time (except the username).
