Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions we hear most about our books, sermons, radio and church life.

Books, sermons and resources

Where can I get Pastor Juan Radhamés Fernández’s books?

To obtain Pastor Juan Radhamés Fernández’s books, you should write to info@elamanecer.org, including your mailing address so that we can let you know the shipping cost. The books are also available in digital version (ePub for Kindle), and you can download them completely free of charge from any of these links in the online stores of Apple and Amazon.

How can I get a copy of Pastor Juan Radhamés Fernández’s books or sermons translated into another language?

So far, none of our resources has been translated into any language other than Spanish. However, at our regular services, those who do not speak Spanish receive simultaneous interpretation into English through individual receivers.

How can I receive the recording or the transcript of a specific sermon by Pastor Juan Radhamés Fernández?

Transcripts of the pastor’s specific messages are not available. You can find recordings of his sermons in audio and video format in our Resources section. However, a small selection of them is included in the books he has authored.

What is the price of your messages? I want to buy several messages on CDs, DVDs, and some study series.

We do not sell what we have received by grace. Everything we have made available to you is free, though it is of great value. In fact, the brothers and sisters of our church, as well as others who have been blessed and moved by the Lord, give offerings so that brothers and sisters with fewer resources may receive the material free of charge. If you are unable to download the audio or video messages to your personal computer and would like to receive them directly from us, you may come to our church and request them. If you live outside New York City, write to our mailing address, indicating the titles of the messages you want, and include a money order in dollars to cover handling and shipping costs, after asking at your local post office for the cost according to your specifications.

Do you have any resources about…?

The easiest way to find something on a particular topic is to browse our portal or search by topic using keywords.

Radio and television

I run a radio/TV station and would like you to be part of our programming. How can I obtain your permission and receive the messages?

We appreciate your interest in our program “Voice of Restoration.” To request material for rebroadcast, send a letter to Media that includes the following information: name of the requester, title or position at the outlet, mailing address, email address, phone numbers (mobile, work, home); name of the channel and/or station, mailing address, website, name of the program or segment where our programming would air, brief description, target audience, schedule, name of the program host, material requested (format), and the reach of your station (in power and in names of cities or countries covered).

How can I watch or listen to the Voice of Restoration programs?

For the TV programs, visit Vimeo. For the radio programs, visit Audio. And if you wish, you can download our El Amanecer de la Esperanza app to your smartphone from iTunes and also from  Android so that you can listen to or watch the most recent messages.

The ministry and the pastor

How did the El Amanecer de la Esperanza ministry begin?

In our main menu, in the “About Us” section you will find all the information you need about the ministry, our vision, and our pastor.

How can I support your ministry?

There are several ways you can get involved: praying, giving offerings, volunteering, and sharing resources with others. For details on how to support us, please go to our About Us, Contact, and Donations section, and choose, by the means you prefer, the way you wish to support our ministry.

How can I contact Pastor Fernández? I need to speak with him.

You can call our offices during business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.) or write to him by this means: info@elamanecer.org or through our mailing address provided in our Contact section. Because of his frequent travels to the nations and his full-time dedication to the ministry, he may not be able to attend to you immediately. If he is not available, the pastor may make a minister available to assist you in his absence.

May I write to Pastor Juan Radhamés Fernández about personal or theological matters, or about questions where I need counseling?

Because of the volume of messages we receive, we cannot respond to each one individually. You may want to review our topic index to see whether we have already addressed your question in an article. If you did not find what you are looking for, do not hesitate to send your questions to: info@elamanecer.org.

Help, prayer and faith

I need help. Can someone give me advice?

Yes, it is our objective to serve you in every sense of the word. However, if you belong to another church, it is important that you first seek help from your own pastor before coming to us, so as not to disrupt order. It is necessary that your life be pastored by the spiritual authorities of the place where you congregate.

I need prayer. Can you pray for me?

Of course. Just write to us with your prayer need at: oracion@elamanecer.org, or, if you can, call us at the numbers provided on our contact page.

What must I do to be saved?

The truth is that you do not have to do anything; salvation is a gift from God. Come just as you are; only “… believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household” (Acts 16:31). God does not desire the death of the wicked, and that is why He gave His Son Jesus Christ, so that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life (John 3:16). If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved (Romans 10:9 NKJV). If you believe this, we want to help you grow in your spiritual life; visit our congregation or contact us at info@elamanecer.org. We would like to be part of your new life in the Lord.

What do you mean by the message of the Kingdom?

The message of the Kingdom is not a new doctrine or biblical principle; it is the life and conviction of a believer based on the gospel of Jesus Christ, on how He lived, how He conducted Himself on earth, and what He taught us.

Where can I find answers to my spiritual questions?

We answer some questions through our sections Biblical Counsel and Bible Studies, in addition to the content of our articles and preached messages. If you have any additional question that is not addressed there, feel free to contact us.
